Ingredients: Icing Sugar (Sugar, Maize Starch), Wheat Flour (Gluten), Dried Coconut (13%) [Coconut, Preservative (223) (Sulphite)], Cocoa, Raising Agents (500, 450)

You will need to add: Butter, Condensed Milk & Water
Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 175c.
Put aside the two cellophane bags. Melt butter, add contents of pouch & hot water. Mix until combined. Press mixture into a 20 cm square lined baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes. While the base is cooking melt the condensed milk & butter in a small jug in microwave or in a pot on stove. Add the icing sugar, cocoa & coconut from cellophane bags & mix until combined.
When base has cooked, immediately pour the topping over & spread evenly. Allow to set for a few hours before slicing into pieces.
