Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Dates (30%) [Dates, Rice Flour], Sugar, Wheat Biscuits [Whole Grain Wheat (Gluten), Sugar, Salt, Barley Malt Extract (Gluten)],Brown Sugar, Raising Agents (500, 450)

Your will need to add: Butter, Egg & Water


Baking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degress.

Take out the two cellophane bags and put aside the brown sugar. Put dates in a large bowl with butter, add contents of the pouch and boiling water. Let mixture stand for 5 minutes. Add flour and egg and mix until combined. Pour into a lined loaf tin and sprinkle with the brown sugar from the cellophane bag. Bake 35-40 minutes. Loaf is baked when a cake tester or toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean.
