Jar Ingredients: flour, cornflour, icing sugar

To add: butter

Baking Instructions

Preheat oven to 150c. In a bowl place the softened butter, add the icing sugar from the sachet and cream together for 5 minutes until mixture lightens in colour.  Add contents of jar and mix together until combined. Place mixture onto a lightly floured surface and knead well.  Roll out into a log shape and cut into 7mm slices.  Place slices on a lined baking tray. Bake 20 minutes.

Makes approx. 32 biscuits
