Refund Policy for this Website
This website is for use by all customers of Lots Of. We welcome shoppers to our site. All purchases must be paid in full before shipping will be arranged. We will ship to you on the business day following your order via overnight courier. Overnight does not apply to rural deliveries. While overnight is our chosen delivery means, please allow up to three working days. Should you be not happy with the contents of your purchase, we will happily refund excluding shipping on receipt of unopened goods. Return shipping to us is your cost. All items must be returned within 14 business days to be eligible for a refund. Should the quality of the goods be less than expected or damaged, please contact us immediately so we may launch an immediate enquiry with the courier company. All goods are hand inspected before packing and packed marked as fragile where glass jars are included. For corporate purchases or purchases of ten or more units (excluding Mug Cakes which is minimum 50 units), please contact us directly. All prices on this website are inclusive of NZ GST and are in NZD. Postage and Handling is additional to product cost. By making a purchase on this website or by submitting your email address, you are agreeing to allow us to email you in future. you may, however, opt out of this at any time.
