Wheat Flour (Gluten), Sugar, Dried Coconut [Coconut, Preservative (223) (Sulphite)], Cocoa (6.0%), Cornflakes [Corn, Sugar, Salt, Barley Malt Extract, Mineral (Iron), Vitamins (Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate)], Raising Agents (500, 450)

Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphite

Made in a kitchen that processes: Milk, Soy, Peanut, Egg, Almond

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
170g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence

EQUIPMENT YOU NEED:
Mixing bowl
Spoon
22cm square baking tin
Baking paper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180c conventional / 160c fan bake.  Line a 22cm square baking tin with baking paper. Melt butter in a bowl. Add vanilla essence and mix.  Add contents of pouch and mix until combined.  Place mixture in lined tin and press down evenly.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Ice with chocolate icing while still warm if desired.

Press Firmly
Press the mixture firmly into the tin for even, tidy slices.

Let It Cool
Allow the slice to cool before cutting for cleaner slices.

Keep the Crunch
Don’t overbake — just enough time keeps the crunch without drying it out.
