This is becoming a firm favourite. We usually split the mix and make two loafs, one goes in the freezer, the other gets eaten straight away. Lovely with raspberries by the way :heart_eyes:

Made this last night and brought it to work for my colleagues - I loved all the comments I got for 'my baking abilities' Thank you for making it so easy. It was delicious and moist and it disappeared from the coffee bench within 15 minutes of arriving. Will certainly be buying this product again.
