INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
50g butter
2 tbsp honey

BAKING TOOLS YOU NEED:
Pot
Spoon
Loaf tin
Baking paper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 175c conventional / 155c fan bake. Line a loaf tin with baking paper. In a medium pot melt butter, honey and brown sugar from cellophane bag. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Add contents of jar and mix. Press mixture into loaf tin evenly. Bake 15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool in the tin.

Press Firmly
Press the mixture firmly into the tin so the bars hold together nicely.

Store in an airtight container to help keep that soft, chewy texture.

Some ingredients were slightly stuck in jar, recipe is pretty easy, I just didn't cook mine long enough as it crumbled a little more than it should have when I cut it. Tastes pretty good though.
