Our Baking Mix ingredients: flour, cornflour & icing sugar
Your will need to add: butter
Preheat oven to 150c.
Soften butter in a bowl. Empty the icing sugar from the sachet into bowl and cream together for 5 minutes until mixture lightens in colour. Add contents of pouch and mix together. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead well. Roll out into a log shape. Cut slices about 7mm thick and place on a lined baking tray. Bake 20 minutes.
Makes approx. 25 shortbread biscuits
